Each year, June is always a crazy month! The pressures and excitement of EOFY coupled with ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly means our team works over time!

New Care Services aims to provide the best quality care services to our Home Care Package and NDIS participants. We are always seeking to assist more people within our community.  For a while, we have wanted to provide services to a group who we think are just as deserving - Australia's veterans.

Over the course of several months, we took part in a tender with the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) to become one of their preferred providers. Now, we are proud to announce that as of June 2024, New Care Services has become a preferred provider for the DVA across Melbourne, Bendigo, Shepparton, & Perth, WA.

We are thrilled to be providing aged care and home maintenance services for veterans. We strive to provide the best quality aged care and home maintenance services to our veterans so they are left feeling happy, satisfied, and comfortable in their own homes. New Care Services respects, appreciates, and thanks those who have served our country and those who continue to do so.

July, 2024

July has been a very exciting and jam - packed month for our team. As we continue to expand our services and our community reach, we are also expanding our team!

We are thrilled to welcome our newest Case Manager, Michelle!

Michelle joins our team with extensive knowledge and experience in support coordination. We are excited to see Michelle in this role and the fresh perspective she can offer to our evolving team.
